With over two decades of experience producing impactful, high-profile events worldwide, Alexis Kolpak is known for crafting meticulously executed, elevated experiences for a diverse clientele—spanning creative and corporate environments, private principals behind globally recognized brands, celebrities, and individuals celebrating life’s most meaningful moments. Her leadership at top-tier firms has earned her a trusted reputation, with her work as a senior producer featured in People Magazine, Vogue.com, and Grace Ormonde, reflecting her commitment to excellence, creativity, and bespoke client service.
Through her company, Flutter Strategy, Alexis’s approach is rooted in strategic planning, elevated design, and a signature sense of hospitality that ensures each guest feels part of a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Originally from Chicago and raised in a hospitality-focused family, Alexis has always had a deep passion for service and community. Now based in Charlotte, she’s embraced her new city with enthusiasm. She proudly served on the 2025 Levine Children’s Hospital Gala committee and is continuing her involvement on the 2026 team, furthering her dedication to philanthropy and meaningful local engagement.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Alexis can be found exploring Charlotte’s vibrant culinary scene, attending art and music events, playing pickleball, or strolling the city with her dog, Bagel.
